Connection issues Update: after uninstalled/reinstalled. I finally got a good phone connection to my alarm system. I have upped my rating to four stars. Why this is so difficult to do is why this app will not get five stars. Why this is needed to connect your system to wi-fi is beyond me, but it is. To connect each time you have to re-register. Go figure! But I did manage to connect long enough to enable the wi-fi on my alarm. You still recieve push notifications so connection issues are not so important to me.

Offline and fixed it already. It's been offline for weeks. For other user that have a same problem with me, you just need to do WiFi bonding again. Now my apps it's working again 😊😊😊😊. Some low life break my house 2 month ago, and this apps inform me somebody break in. Because the siren is on, they ran away without get anything from my house. Good apps and alarm system 👍👍👍.

About alarm system: a lot of false alarms for various sensors even if the system was unarmed. I figured it was anti sabotage circuit there was no way to fix it other than stop using switches in some locations. Small vibration during door close would trigger alarm even if you really try slow. App: is ok in most part ie setting up, configuring sensors and zones, arming and disarming works perfect, no offline issues as described in other comments. On my one plus i cannot manage users there are buttons that do not show up. Recently i cannot assign new user to the system, because it constantly fails and that is verified on multiple Phones.

Absolutely WILL NOT CONNECT I've tried 6 different ways and this app just will NOT connect to my otherwise fine, but without the app totally useless alarm system. No support. Canned responses barely in English. No help. Closed data so I can't even help myself. Don't waste your money on any hardware which uses this app.

None functional After connect successfully, none of the App functions work. It keep saying "offline". None of the "push" notifications work. Also, if you change the default Admin password, the Wifi connect will failed with "send password timeout". Will be returning this system.
