Description
Does your WiFi signal get weak in some areas of your home, office, or business? With this app, you can measure the strength of the WiFi signal you are connected to and analyze nearby networks to find the best place to connect.
The application shows signal strength in dBm and also as a percentage (%), so you can quickly interpret the quality of the connection. Ideal for checking WiFi coverage, detecting areas with weak signal, and comparing available networks around you.
With this tool, you can move through different rooms or areas and see how the signal changes in real time. This way, you can easily identify where the connection is more stable and where coverage needs to be improved.
Whether you want to position your router better, find the best spot to work, play, watch videos, or simply check the quality of your network, this app gives you clear and useful information about your WiFi connection.
Main features: • WiFi strength meter: check the signal power of the connected WiFi network in dBm and percentage. • RSSI detector with sound guide: activate the sound guide and listen to how the sound changes as you move. Find the spot with the best coverage without looking at the screen all the time. • Nearby WiFi network scan: detect available networks around you and quickly check their most important data. • WiFi band filters: organize networks by band (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz) to better identify available connections. • Smart sorting: sort networks by name or signal strength to find the network you are interested in faster. • Favorites: save important WiFi networks and check them easily whenever you need. • Customization: change the theme color, activate dark mode, and choose the application language according to your preferences.
In addition to measuring signal strength, the app allows you to check useful data to better understand your WiFi network, such as: network name, IP address, MAC address, security (for example, WPA2/WPA3), frequency, channel, bandwidth, and other relevant technical data.
This application is designed to provide a clear reading of the WiFi signal, both for users who only want to know if they have good coverage and for those who need more detailed network data.
Get to know your WiFi environment better and make better connection decisions.
Recent changes: - Pause and resume WiFi network scanning whenever you want. - Mark WiFi networks as favorites to always have them handy. - Sort WiFi networks by name or signal strength. - Visual improvements and interface tweaks for a smoother experience.

I have been looking for a "Wi-Fi" App that would help me "survey" for the strongest signals and dead spots! HERE IT IS! [AND I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A LONG TIME!] (SINCE Wi-Fi 3!)

Shares location data with 3rd parties. Too bad the developer response is deleted when updating a review. He had mentioned that location is required by Android and that it was shared, so ads would be personalized. Ad-free does not share location.

Spyware. I understand that you want to make some money via ads, but you don't need to sell my data like this. Any sane person would freak out seeing that consent screen. Response to dev: I still have to disagree. That consent screen says that it's sending my data to more than a hundred of companies by default. I also need to manually turn off lots of knobs and there's no "decline all" option. It's completely unacceptable, especially for an app with location permissions.

Too many ads. I get that you need advertising revenue but when there are soooo many, it detracts from using the app
