★★★★★ I use this app all the time however I am thinking about deleting it. After the last update this app completely consumed all of my cell data in a single day causing 3x over usage bills. Thanks a lot!! And I just decided to purchase the app as well.....

★★★★★ It is an excellent app. If you are in rush in your routine clinical work & need quick review. This is the app & it also puts you intact especially when you have an exam around-the-clock.

★★☆☆☆ This has always been one of my favorite apps and I used to use it nearly every day. However, the newest update made the app significantly worse. The search function is very challenging now - for example, you can no longer search "UTI", you have to type "acute cystitis." If your search term isn't perfect it will not work. The layout looks worse now as well. I will be looking for an alternative until the app is fixed.

★★☆☆☆ Can't register new account. Useless app You need to have an account to be able to use it.

★★☆☆☆ I love the content of wikEM, but this app is basically unusable. Every time you open it will "rebuild the database" and never finish. Fix this and I'd be in love. For now, I will stick to the website. Thanks guys!

★★☆☆☆ Content is great, however gliched all the time. Often freeze with scrolling, and after exiting the page, cannot return to the same topic (will just show a blank page)
