Promising game but there areLots of bugs even for paid customers. Other players also stuck at progressing through main quests at certain stages but still no fix

This game doesn't even load, tried uninstall/reinstall and that actually worked. But then as soon as it finishes a fight in the mandatory training section it freezes. And the fun part is when I restarted the game twice, I had to do the same fight twice. Anyway moving on which is a shame because the visuals that I saw for the bits that worked were actually pretty good
