Digital textbooks is a study tool I never thought I needed. I love the convenience and ease of a click of a button instead of flipping through pages and going back and forth. I can take notes as I go, and it just feels more organized. The convenience of reading while commuting or listening while at work (I do traffic control, so lots of standing around. Lol.) This way of studying/learning is perfect for my busy lifestyle.

The ability to listen to the books suddenly doesn't work. It makes the app crash every time. I listen to the books while driving, so this is very inconvenient. Please address this issue, and I'll improve the rating.

Simple to use. Basic like reading a book, fast install. Gives you your whole screen for clear crisp text, making it easy to read even on mobile - Pearson could learn from the devs at Wiley.

Reading books through your app is the worst. Words are jumbled together, and some pages are cut off. Your online reader is way better. You should have your tech guys look into this. My suggestion for everyone would be to read your books online from your PC. Android OS on Samsung Note 10+, so your programmers can test maybe app isn't compatible with this brand of phone.

I only gave this one star just to leave a review. I have an online book from Wiley and it is terrible. You can highlight and makes notes in the computer full version. However, it has lost my highlighting and notes 3 times now. Notes are all on paper now. I have been back and forth for 3 weeks with customer support, and they have been absolutely useless. Do not make ANY notes in the book if the book loses them they cannot be retrieved. Absolute rip off!
