Immediately positive and consistent and respectful the whole time. Let me be clear not in a trying to jus say what a customer want them to but out of knowledge the guy I think Brian lol but first ema from Brianna then he reached out immediately #RESPECT and got right to customer at its but my thing is every customer come in from a customer friendly operation to be efficient and effective

App crashes or doesn't load. Old rewards program was better. The new rewards program is lame. Why have an app if it takes you to the website to order? This dispensary was great at the start, now it's just money hungry and not enough cashiers to check out customers.

So many things wrong with this app. It's more like a way for them to track you than anything else. Have to have it installed for some deals, but then they display deals that are days out of date. Can't actually use the app to order ANYTHING! It directs you to a webpage. Takes FOREVER to load. Also, you have 90 days to use your points you acquire, but it NEVER TELLS YOU WHEN THEY EXPIRE, so you're left guessing. There are so many things you all could do better here. BE better.
