An interesting fun way of buying wines, but buyer beware: you can't always rely on their illustrative prices (sometimes, it's their own company Banquist they're quoting as the comparator, particularly when it's a wine made for them), therefore the quoted discount maybe exaggerated. They have been in trouble with the ASA for this. I don't believe they write all the descriptive blurb themselves, either. Research the wines independently, and you'll find some lovely wines and great bargains too.

22/11/2025 first review paid 1 month ago not receive red wine. Very hard to contract. It's scam. The second review update review Monday 16th March 2026 I have had waiting from Company nearly 4 months now not hear anything from this company. No red wine, no reply, no refund money back. It's scam

Bought a box of wine from an offer sent to me. Hidden way down the email offer was a note saying it includes free 3 day membership to wine drops which I didn't see at any point during the purchase (I double-checked the same offer to see what had happened). 3 days later I get billed £119 for full membership which I absolutely didn't want. I've just spent half an hour going through the labyrinth website to get a refund. No one to talk to. A swindle. Even if it's legal it's very bad ethics. Avoid.
