I have NEVER had an issue with Win trust bank. I honestly believe my money is secure, and any questions I have, have always been answered quickly on the phone or in person. I have been a customer since 1983.

The app for mobile deposit will not let me deposit. The auto picture taking is extremely finicky to the point where I move just a millimeter away it says move closer than tells me to move farther away and keeps repeating "use dark background" to take a picture for a business that wants money to go into the accounts they sure don't want to take mine, this is a very frustrating experience to use the mobile app just go into person to your bank you'll save yourself a lot of time in headache

Can't transfer from checking to savings anymore. Just did it a few months ago went to transfer today, and I can't say add an account my account is already added and available hence was just did a transfer a few months ago.

My local branch closes to all cardholders after 5:00 pm and on weekends. I have to travel a few miles away or use another bank to use the ATM. I do not like that at all!

By far the worst banking app I have ever used, not to mention the changes I've dealt with after Macatawa sold to Win trust. The app itself won't even work right now, so I can't do anything on my account. There are a ton of problems I've had with Win trust since they bought Macatawa, but I'm not going to explain all of them. I'll be changing banks very soon. This is ridiculous. Deposit through the drive through takes 3 days sometimes... like... are you kidding me?
