I just installed the app after purchasing several different sensors from the company in the US and getting stung for import fees. Now I find the app won't work properly. I cannot open page 3 from within the app. I tried the remedy suggested to DaveS and selected the temp, but I still got a blank page. I tried using + associate, again a blank page. I logged out then back in, the same result. The only way I can access this page, which is important for doing settings for the sensors is to access app info and force stop. The company has a forum, and I posted this on there and got the suggestion it was my phone that was too old and didn't have enough memory for all my apps. The phone has 128 GB with 64 GB spare plus an SD card. It was bought ten days short of a year ago and was a 2019 model with Android 9. I love the sensors but have to admit to being peeved with the suggestion it is my fault for having an old phone. Over to you developers. I will edit this review to reflect how this issue develops and whether it gets resolved. Update- A fast response from the company with an explanation and fix. That speaks volumes not only for them but the equipment and service they sell. I was already a fan of their kit but was slightly put off by the problem and initial response I got on the forum but this response was the bees knees. I have used the updated version for a couple of days now, and it has performed solid. No glitches or anything. One question I wouldn't mind the answer to, what was meant by memory pressure? I tried it after using AVG to shut down all background apps, and it still didn't open. Just my curiosity at play there. Thanks to you all.

Updated after a prerelease fixed the app 7/24. These are a great DIY Temp/Humidity/Motion sensor, although I'm using them in a small space, so I can't speak to large area coverage. My use case is to monitor commercial fridges and freezers in a retail space. I've got my Wireless Tags account tied into a cheap Pro IFTTT account to text/call on alert which works great. Battery life on the sensors themselves is 3/10 (2-3 changes X year per sensor) - I wish they'd make an AA or dual CR2032 version.

My company buys a lot of these sensors for field test & internal test. We continuously have issues where some of the my tags stop working because of Wi-Fi connection, stopped reading the battery. Even after battery replacement sometimes sensors still don't work. These issues encouraged me 2 investigate different sensor companies, because we are doing daily verification if the my tags are working their not worth the money. 2 many issues with resetting it, battery replacement or swapping out the tags

App is fine but rare chance to rate the company, so I warn you, steer clear. Their customer service is incredibly condescending. We purchased >50 of these sensors for a variety of projects in different cities&countries. When it's a lucky dip these things work out of the box, or the sensor stops communicating to the tag manager 1 week later you'd expect customer service to be prime in order to iron out the bugs. No interest in working with you. We tried these things enough to know they just stink.
