This goes with the new portable ultrasound machines made by Viatom/Wellie (U-probe C) and together you get good, clinically useful ultrasound images. There are preset buttons for all studies (vascular, abdominal, cardiac, color Doppler. Renal...) but I use them as a starting point then tweak them endlessly. This ability gives great versatility but also a cluttered screen of buttons. On a cheap 12" tablet the images are very good. Connectivity is fiddly: turn off your VPN. Clips/videos are easy

Most measurements are simply missing. No amniotic fluid index: AFI, no volume measurements, no 3 parameters EFW, no general OBS or other report, no waveform invert in Doppler, no anotet in Doppler mode, no BB and 4B modes..... nothing. Useless in most situations. Also freezes especially in cardiac and linear probe selection. Very, very bad app.
