★★★★★ 🥢 🍽️ Apartment blocks' residents and landed houses' inhabitants have been defraying the same postage for myriad decades. The distance between every letterbox & every apartment block's resident's unit and the distance between each letterbox & each landed house are somewhat inconveniently different. Had the letterboxes been relocated from the 1st-storey to every floor around every lift level of an apartment block, the residents would have experienced much more decently convenient living.

★★☆☆☆ Playing roulette every day and suddenly today the last day of Sep they decide to remove the function and says only available on Qoo app. Really getting worse with each update.

★★☆☆☆ Worse app ever. Qoo10 needs to wake up!!!!!!!! Customer asked qns, yet it can't be replied through on the phone via the app. Still made me unable to askwer customer inquiry on tbe app. I have to switch on my computer just to answer the inquiry. There is freaking no app installed on qoo10 itself. Why freaking separate 3 apps.

★★☆☆☆ This app is so buggy. I have 400 Points, but it doesn't show up here. I can't exchange my Points for Qcoins because of this.

★★☆☆☆ No App permission is given and still, This App captures ALL my contacts and list on buddy link. Now whatever on my phone contacts is with Qoo10 and some are Username and Passwords and Financial info I saved in contacts. Everything is captured by Qoo10 servers. There is no option I see given by Qoo10.sg to delete the entire contacts from buddy list/App securely and prevent the app from capturing contact list data again. THIS AFFECTS THE USER SECURITY AND PRIVACY and probably a violation of PDPC
