They don't warn you about your subscription to renew, then pretend they send an email (as is required by German law). When you ask for them to prove it by forwarding said email, suddenly it wasn't possible. 0/10 Customer Experience. App isn't even that great for niche cases either.

I used it based on the people's recommendation, and I submitted my tax for 2024. I bought a laptop as a student with a normal student job. Its tax was about €200, but I got €0 back in total. My tax is probably one of the easiest and cleanest cases, but I got nothing back. I am wondering if all these rates are true?!
