Edit: my problem was clarified with the customer support. This program makes doing taxes much easier, although even with the program it's not easy, especially the first times. Apparently they have also changed the program a bit to ensure there are guardrails and questions for the user, like "did you really want to do this, if you meant that, that's elsewhere" to avoid similar problems that I had.

Easy to work with. It would be great if they could prepare some materials in English too. A bit pricey but it's ok. It would be awesome if they would offer plan for students with discounts.

It literally took me some more than 7 minutes to upload a 2-page invoice for my browser based tax declaration. And yes, I checked my internet connection, and it was taking some seconds on other web pages to do the same. Wiso definitely have a serious issue at this point. Considering average user might have 3 or 4 documents to upload, only uploading would add 30 minutes of dead time to the tax declaration process.

They don't warn you about your subscription to renew, then pretend they send an email (as is required by German law). When you ask for them to prove it by forwarding said email, suddenly it wasn't possible. 0/10 Customer Experience. App isn't even that great for niche cases either.

The ad is intrusive and blocks my gameplay mechanics. The gameplay can't continue until the app is installed or entered, and sometimes this also doesn't work.

I used it based on the people's recommendation, and I submitted my tax for 2024. I bought a laptop as a student with a normal student job. Its tax was about €200, but I got €0 back in total. My tax is probably one of the easiest and cleanest cases, but I got nothing back. I am wondering if all these rates are true?!
