Had a guy Chad come out to my house he called 20 minutes ahead of time let me know he was going to be here he got here extra early, so I was able to make it to my 9:00 appointment very, very professional just want to make sure that people could see that when you go with wisper you can count on them making sure that they can be there on your schedule as well as getting your internet hooked up quickly and professionally again the guy's name was Chad if you get him you got somebody that's damn good

The app stopped working on my phone? I'm going to uninstall then reinstall it. Maybe it will help? No help. Just the 3 load screens. It's like it's not connecting to my router anymore.

This app does not work right. I went into the App, and it says internet unavailable even though I am connected then when I keep tapping as it says unavailable access it gets me in the App and only shows 1 device connected then it asks to type in the code serial number and model, and I do that, and it still does not connect. Says wrong code, please scan code. I have tried everything. It constantly buffers and then says no device connected. It has issues.

Just want to say thank u for taking the seriousness of my accounts, and my well-being as well as my families a priority. Not long ago we got the router installed and all my accounts have been breached since. I'm very upset to find out that the firmware was not up-to-date at the point install. For full access u have to pay $15, so now I'm just trying to get the remote access that's been connected to my laptop fixed. . Google1, Microsoft no help, and I paid for the year. Wish I felt safe at home
