I'm about going out of my mind trying to figure out how to reconnect my 2021 mntd Hotspot. The app is useless

I'm unable to configure the RAK sensor hub that I purchased with this app. The AT commands fail with not explanation, retrying does not help. When attempting to upgrade firmware this app crashes. I opened a ticket with support 5 days ago with no response yet. So far I've spent over $800 on a gateway and sensors, with a larger deployment planned if this were to work. So far I have nothing to show for it.

Flashes wrong firmware and bricks device. After fixing the firmware with the desktop app, I tried to use the Android app to set the LoRa App key, and the app hangs. Totally useless piece of software that they appear not to have tested at all.
