Sir, it has been a month and 7 days and my name has not been added to your program yet. My documents are all fine but my name has not been added yet. The person who works in the office has said from the first day that there is no place in the program yet and your name will be added in 5 or 10 days. But now it has been 1 month and 7 days and nothing has happened. Despite this, I went to your office twice but to no avail. And the man sitting in the office is absolutely not a taxi driver. 👎 Thanks

Dear Support Team, I registered and applied for a taxi account with your company about eight to ten months ago, but I have not yet received any update regarding my application's status. Could you please let me know if it has been accepted or rejected, and how I can follow up? I would also appreciate information on how to open a taxi account

Assalamu Alaikum, a 2022 model car is not acceptable, while in Kuwait you can drive a taxi for seven years, this is not a problem, you should make your car acceptable by 2020.
