I've had a woo since it 1st came out in 2016. Woo have great customer service, and they have been constantly developing this app. This new version of the app has been really perfected. To reboot device, just let the battery die or use an app called light blue which also worked for me. Basically, I take my woo out with me on every session, it rarely lets me down. I had the woo1 for 1 year, then the woo2 for the last 4 years. I just decided to get a woo3. I just advise keeping the contacts clean of salt water as best you can, and it will keep working perfectly. If one in every 50 sessions fails to download and the reboot doesn't work then I know woo support will sort it out. So absolutely no complaints from me, what more could I ask for? 5 star all the way since 2016. I owe a thank you to Woo for creating this community hub for us and for being out there with us on the water.

"This user account needs to be activated" pops up every time I try to log in on the Android app. I already have an account. About a month ago I stopped seeing notifications about "Big Sessions" from my friends, and now I cannot even log in. Things I have tried: 1. Password recovery (nope, new password won't log in even though it was successfully changed) 2. Signing up again (nope, there's already an account associated with my email...the account I can't get to) 3. Uninstalling and re-installing app (nope, even though it is the current version) 4. Emailing Woo Support (still haven't heard back even though it has been the 24-48 hour timeframe they specified) Do I need to re-sign-up with a different email, start over, and consider my previous account/stats dead? - Lame. SAAAAME

My woo 3.0 device automatically powering off when battery level drop to 30%. Only 2/3 of its battery now can be used to do recording. (((I found this problem on my yesterday session on water when WOO unexpectedly powered off. I make test to check what happening with device and I got this results: 1. I fully charge woo and start recording at 9.00pm at 10 am next day my WOO was off. 2. In the next day morning at 10 am I found WOO turned off with 30% of battery level. 3. Next attempt to continue recording failed... Conclusion 1. Device is self powered off on 30% of battery level. 2. Recording time and battery life is less than declared 24 hours. (((I purchased my WOO on January 16th 2020. I ask you what to do with my device. Is it a firmware bug or battery fail after latest app and firmware update? How to fix it? Official WOO support keep silence and did not respond on my 3 emails (((
