Good app. Just wish it would let me delete past woops. Also, they should make it where you make an account so that I don't have to re-write my woops on another phone. All around it is helpful, and I enjoy using woop.

Finally, started taking this app seriously after reading Rethinking Positive Thinking – and it has done wonders. I already have better sleep and exercise more. But one feature is missing and I *REALLY* want it: contrasting for negative thoughts (Instead of starting with a wish, start with fear and then contrast with reality to overcome fears). I make do with the current feature, but it's annoying because the description doesn't match what I'm doing.

First and foremost I want to appreciate your work because I can focus on my goals reasonably, I mean there are a lot of people out there who tell you just think positive and so on, and we know positive thinking is not enough. But I think it can be improved. I mean if we can edit our WOOPs it will really become better.

This app had so much potential, but unfortunately any text I input is all white on white with no option to adjust. I wrote to the developer with no response - sadly will uninstall.

App stressed me out! Your goal must be either Professional, Health related or Interpersonal in order to use it. Now I'll never get that permit for my shed! Maybe I could get a job on the Township Zoning Board, and then I could use the Professional domain! WOOP! Or they could just simply add an "Everything Else" domain to the program, but that makes too much sense.

Love the idea, disappointed with the App WOOP is a great idea but this is seriously underdeveloped. To make it usable you would have to be able to adjust the target time period, add more description space, add the ability to set reminders and at least add some kind of function which helps to remind you of your plan for every time you feel like the obstacle is in your way. I will check back later to see if any progress has been made.

Great idea but the app is literally unusable. Crashes very often (too often to determine why). Unusable interface. Weird user experience. Prompts like "5-6 words" turn out to actually be a character limit of 35 characters...

I was pleased to see and then test Gabrielle Göttingen's Mental Contrasting +implementation intention app, as like possibly others I had been impressed by the statistics and (ahem...) data in several of her and her husband's published papers... I am now convinced (with many others) that WOOP can be - for certain people - one of the most damaging of mental tools. Don't for Havana's sake dabble in this idiotic non-falsifiable theory....
