My recycling and my neighbors recycling bins were not picked up on our scheduled pickup day. The trash was picked up. I created two requests in the app for this particular issue. No one has responded to my requests. I tried to call the support number listed in the requests and received a message stating that they were busier than usual. I requested a call back but no one has responded. My neighborhood looks like a dump, and it's sad that a simple thing as this is ignored by the city.

I'm not impressed. My concern was never fixed. After about one month, a streetlight bulb was replaced recently. My concern is more important People are getting hurt. It's not right.
