Fun game but interface is cumbersome. Fails to load constantly. Why don't all my completed games show up? Why do ads for power ups interrupt my game?

Very disappointed. I decided to install this after playing via the Facebook Messenger app. However, I logged in with my fb account, yet the app itself is completely different to fb. All my trophies are not synced, and I'm basically having ton start from scratch. Why?

I have been playing this game for quite a while. But recently, I've run into quite a bit of problems. I had to delete the whole app on my phone & then reinstalled it, I also did the update before I uninstalled it & I went into my settings For the app & deleted my cache. Nothing seemed to work. It just kept buffering, so I finally had to Install a new game, and I lost on my players that I was against. Now, I can't find any of the old people that I used to play with, not very happy at all.
