I enjoy playing the game. The only reason it lost a star was its continued refusal to accept some words as bonus words. A simple word as heir is not on the board shouldn't it go to the bonus satchel? Nooo this game doesn't accept it. Why it that and can you please do something about it

When ever I go to make a word it just acts like I lifted my finger and I didn't, and it says all the words are wrong, and I know that it isn't wrong because sometimes I look it up
