Can you find the one long word that shakes the whole board?

Word Rumble is a word puzzle where every word moves the board. Drag your finger across a grid of letter tiles to spell a word, and its tiles clear away: the letters above tumble down and fresh ones drop in from the top. Short words chip at the board. Long words make it rumble.

Every level hands you a set number of moves and a few goals to meet: collect the coloured letters, reach a target score, break the boxes. Each word you play costs one move, so the question is never just “is this a word?” but “is this the right word?” Letters carry classic tile values, Q and Z are worth ten, and x2 and x3 cells reward a word laid across them. More than 278,000 English words count, from three letters up.

Swipe through neighbouring tiles in any direction: up, down, sideways or diagonally. The path lights up as you go: green when it spells a word, orange while it can still become one, red when no word starts that way. A word the dictionary does not know costs nothing, so try as many as you like. Each word counts once per level.

The longer the word, the bigger the rumble. Five letters clear a whole column, six a whole row, seven blast the tiles around the last letter, eight cut through both diagonals, and nine or more wipe the entire board. Keep long words coming and a combo builds up; reach ten in a row and the whole board clears. Deeper in, the boards learn new tricks: boxes to break, bombs that blow up the tiles around them, and letter apples you bring down to the bottom row.

Word Rumble has no timer and no lives to wait for, only your moves, so take as long as you need over each one. Run out of moves and you can play on with a few extra, or start the board again. And when the letters go quiet, the hint finds a long word for you, and Board Blast deals a whole new set of tiles.
