I absolutely love and adore this game....when it actually opens. It seems like I can only ever get the app to actually open on my phone maybe once or twice every 6 months or so. It kinda sucks because it's a great game, and when I can actually play, it's an amazing game. Otherwise, it either will crash immediately upon opening, load then crash, or just freeze on the loading screen and stop responding.

I use iPhone 14 pro max and the same thing happens, I've been playing this for a long time, and now I closed the app by mistake and when I try to open it it won't let me, when it tries to load The game tells me that I have... "the latest updated version, but the resources are not complete"..., could you please tell me what this means and how I can solve it..., or how can you developers solve it...???, PLEASE ANSWER ME...??

Been playing the game for nearly a year now, got to the second room on the second floor and all of a sudden couldn't progress anymore, I was still completing levels and doing actions on the to-do list, but the rooms wouldn't change and there was no dialog. Now I've updated and I can't even get on the game just a black screen 😒 gutted, would've given 5 star. UPDATE: I have reinstalled the game but cannot log into Facebook to get my progress back, not on my phone or ipad.
