Poor. Location glitches, slow login, the amount of times you have to log in. Would not use it if it wasn't for work.

Annoyed that l need to be signed into my workplace Wi-Fi bc won't let me log in in order to access my pay details. Annoyed that l need YET ANOTHER Microsoft account to use this app and all the verification headaches that come with it.

It's hard to use I always put the correct codes always showing incorrect even if it is correct from the authenticator. I paid for nothing.

They keep moving things around. Navigating is TERRIBLE. The desktop version is no better. I can't even find PTO request in the app. Why would I need to be at my work desk to ask for PTO?

Trouble with "authentication" even though password and Email were correct and accepted. The 2nd authentication screen goes plain white.

I hate it, it's stupid that I have to download another authenticator app. It's over the top security just to look at my paycheck or request a day off. The pin is always expiring, and it's a pain to get in there and reset it. Every time it emails me that I've tried to log in from a new device, and I've been using the same phone since I had to download this app. Its stupid and I hate it!
