Very easy to use and understand but every few months I have to change my password. If you use biometrics, it's not an issue. UPDATE. Haven't had to change my password since I have been using biometrics

Every time I go to sign in, it tells me by my password is wrong, and then I go to change my password, and it tells me I can't reuse password, so I have to get the verification code, then change my password and then when I go to reprint it my password to it wrong

Cannot log in with Microsoft Authenticator pass, ask to do more than "Next" button just white screen... cannot even screenshot to show error...

Unable to save log in, unable to remember the device, slow, unresponsive. Bad experience for an app you use extensively
