Perfect app for creating simple nested list. It is intuitive and easy to use, yet provides all the expected functionality without being overly complicated. Awesome.

Awesome flat view infinite depth list app. I've used todoist for years, and they've ruined the mobile app. So I finally was fed up enough with todoist and jumped ship to workflow which my wife has been using for a couple of years now and loves. I love the simplicity and ui of workflow so I figured out how to write a script to import my todoist csv exports and maintain indentation and finally wrote an alexa skill to add notes by voice. I think I've finally found my perfect to-do list solution.

Amazing! So flexible yet simple, clean and easy to use!!! I am fascinated - it's just what I needed for writing down thoughts, ideas, tasks, all kinds of lists and notes. Its super cool to be used as a bullet journal as well. It has options to add tags and links, it has a calendar, you can move your units easily to another lists or subsists... Fantastic!

Not clearly advertised on Play store; there are 'in-app purchases' required to allow more than 100 bullet points per month. Please advertise clearly on Play that this app is a limited free version unless purchasing a Pro Mode upgrade. Customers should not have to install software into their phone to find this out; have the costs shown on the menu, not when the bill arrives.

Once again, an app is programmed to ask for a review when I have not even used the application but simply opened it for the first time, after creating an account by email. How am I supposed to review something I have not used or seen in action whatsoever or reviewed the pricing scheme? When will the madness end?

In one of the updates, they added waiting for synchronization when app opened, now the application opens FOR A MINUTE INSTEAD OF SECOND. This FEATURE added a long time ago so all that time I've to turn off the Internet to quickly start app. Is it impossible to do asynchronous synchronization?!

Most recent update (3/26/25) broke the app. It no longer syncs to the browser I've tried rebooting, refreshing, reinstalling, all the things. No joy. I have used WF since 2015. It's become vital to my managing both home and business life. Being able to seamlessly shift back and forth between my desk and phone is mandatory. And now that doesn't work. All the changes I made at my desk yesterday aren't on my phone. The notes I made on my phone this morning aren't on the browser. Please fix this.
