Very simple to use. It helps to organize your thoughts and ideas. I like the nested to-do list. When you complete the task and use strike it gives a sense of accomplishment. Everyone should use this app especially the one who wants to be productive. Hats off to Workflow Team for creating this amazing tool.

Amazing! So flexible yet simple, clean and easy to use!!! I am fascinated - it's just what I needed for writing down thoughts, ideas, tasks, all kinds of lists and notes. Its super cool to be used as a bullet journal as well. It has options to add tags and links, it has a calendar, you can move your units easily to another lists or subsists... Fantastic!

Once again, an app is programmed to ask for a review when I have not even used the application but simply opened it for the first time, after creating an account by email. How am I supposed to review something I have not used or seen in action whatsoever or reviewed the pricing scheme? When will the madness end?

Most recent update (3/26/25) broke the app. It no longer syncs to the browser I've tried rebooting, refreshing, reinstalling, all the things. No joy. I have used WF since 2015. It's become vital to my managing both home and business life. Being able to seamlessly shift back and forth between my desk and phone is mandatory. And now that doesn't work. All the changes I made at my desk yesterday aren't on my phone. The notes I made on my phone this morning aren't on the browser. Please fix this.

In one of the updates, they added waiting for synchronization when app opened, now the application opens FOR A MINUTE INSTEAD OF SECOND. This FEATURE added a long time ago so all that time I've to turn off the Internet to quickly start app. Is it impossible to do asynchronous synchronization?!
