Wish it displayed different colors for chat vs. phone in the scheduler, but other than that, the app works great and is very helpful especially if you can't get to a pc to schedule your hours or review your invoices. Recommend they offer a download invoice option in the app and a way to post questions on the vyne home page as well.

Easy to view, add, and cancel shifts on my schedule. Very useful. Has a few glitches, sometimes I have a hard time veiwing vine.

Doesn't recognize my login. Update : I was able to log in, the trick is to use your work email not your personal one. The app and desktop Vyne are two separate applications. Hope this helps someone.

App login based on wsol agent instead of vyne login. Terrible choice. Every time I have to reset my agent password I can no longer get in. It gets a server unreachable error try again later. Then after a few days it fixes itself for some mysterious reason. The app login should be based on the vyne login. Otherwise, it is useless and annoying. PS I have just been informed that the app does not support any versions of Android older than 9. This makes the app useless for many. Very bad choice.

Since the update you cannot log in. Keeps giving an invalid username error. Please fix, agents rely on this app.
