★★★★★ I've used this for years to record my workouts and strength progression. So easy to use, and I like the statistics feature. Includes 12 popular workouts like Starting Strength & Strong Lifts or add other planned workouts. You can also just record on the fly whatever exercises you do that day.

★★★★★ Excellent app for tracking weightlifting workouts and progress! Unfortunately it's no longer updated though, but I will still recommend it. It includes workout statistics, and a plate calculater which is convenient. I will upgrade to 5 stars if the app gets updated.

★★☆☆☆ One of the best apps out there, but there are some important things to consider and that there is no log in option and no automatic backup, that's a total danger for someone paying for the app. Also, the developer Twitter last tweet was 5 years ago.

★★☆☆☆ 3/25/23 was a great app however it appears development has completely stopped given no updates in 4 years. Google should either pull non updated apps or make them free if they don't have updates once a year. Original review pre-2019 simple and effective means for tracking lifting routines. Been using for a few years. Developer is responsive to issues and requests. Only wish it had different timers for each workout.

★★☆☆☆ WARNING - no response for legitimate refund requests. I'd purchased to unlock extra features and started checking them out. While it's not completely unusable, I didn't find it worth the money. However, I've not heard anything back when reaching out for a refund. I normally wouldn't expect a refund on a random play store purchase, but when it's immediately requested after testing the features and finding them not usable for me, the play store generally refunds easily, but not this time.
