This is a very good app exercises that this app contains can be done by home, although I am 11 years old I enjoyed doing exercise with this app it has a premium plan also, but I have not bought it this app has too much of ADS, but I am not disappointed of it I recommend this to everyone thanks women fit fitness app I am very happy with this app I have seen others rating they are disappointed with the too much of ADS, but it's a thing of disappointment who want to lose their weight do download this app🙏

So disappointed with this promising app! An annoying clock ticks, and you are given no information as to where in the routine you are. Top of that the clock does not work, so you get no indication when to stop. Highly demotivating. Will uninstall

I'm a little confused. This app offers some plans, but very little exercise. I thought this was another company's app when I downloaded it because their icons looked very similar. Apparently I was wrong, it's a copycat filled with ads.
