Performance is a significantly better nowadays, compared to a few months back. However, I don't get why payslips are out less than 2 days before payday. Previously, with the Pac@Gov app, the payslips were released 4 days prior to payday.

I experience periodic difficulties to log in to the app. Now I am experiencing it all over again. Its very draining using such an app. I use it on a very frequent basis to approve my colleagues time off, OT, early clock it, leave approval etc. I cleared the cache, uninstall n reinstall the app, on n off the phone, uninstall n reinstall the Sing Pass app but nothing seems 2wk. [UPDATES] Work Pal Team - Thanks for the fast response in resolving the issues. I am not able to assess the app and task.

I have issues logging into work pal. It keeps exiting me after I successfully authorized my Sing pass. It's very frustrating. What should I do?

Some recent update broke the whole app for me. I am an Android user using Oppo Find X8. I faced multiple issues such as unable to login via Sing pass because the landing page doesn't even display properly. After an update resolved that, I face the problem of applying for PM leave as it kept saying that there is a conflict in dates even when there isn't. Now when I want to make a transport claim, I am not able to add any certifying officer. What is going on? Pls fix and not break with new updates.
