Can you dispose or minimize the war specific option "Bomb Industrial Targets" cool down duration for a day or two? It is pretty annoying to get around since enemy can just spam and destroy some of your researched that took you days or week to be researched, although I've been upgrading my air defenses technology and increase quantity but still a failure to defend against few enemy jets. Make them equalize and playable.
