Love it! I followed a Brian Eno thread here and all I can say is WOW! As a Fri pp wannabe, a virtual Eno like this is a godsend. Ah-oh-here-we-go kiddies. My only complaint is not having the full version for purchase in USA Google Play Store. PLEASE SELL THE FULL-VERSION ON USA GOOGLE PLAY. I can't use the Amazon store on my phone due to security restrictions from my employer, and I hate Amazon's update process, it leaves my phone open to other third party apps. Ok for my Kindle, tho.

Wotja is an (almost) superb tool to create generative music *or* just to use it as an endless music player for that matter just a couple of mouse clicks away. The developers (two brothers) are very responsive to questions and suggestions (some of my suggestions really have been picked up by the team and implemented in the next version!). Why “only” 4 stars? Only perfect apps deserve perfect ratings. Let’s put it this way: this is no Photoshop (an example of an app that I would rate 5 stars). The GUI and workflow can use some improvements, and I miss the most obvious hotkeys but hey, 4 stars are 80 out of 100. Very good!

I really love the genius behind this app! It works well on Mac, Windows and IOS. I was really excited to see that they finally made it available on Android. However, there is currently no way to get the full version without going through the Amazon App Store. I appreciate Intermorphic's reasoning for not having a paid version available in the Google Play Store (and their response to this review) but that means the free version is not worth downloading. I recommend removing the free version here to minimize confusion and frustration. That said, if you're reading this review, I highly recommend trying Wotja on one of the other fully supported platforms. It really is quite amazing!

I've had to give it currently 1 star as I've bought it for both my devices /Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra & Samsung Galaxy tab s8 ultra. When I open app it states 'please use Android settings to review wotjas permissions". When I go to permissions it says no permissions & only allows me to permit location & nearby devices. Also, when I try save a file it states "the save file failed for some unknown reason" If you can help me correct these issues I will update this review. Regards Paul

Why not make it simple version: pick genre> mood> how many instruments> what instruments> duration> solve captcha > generate> kids happy 😁 Don't forget to provide all music genres, even uninvented one, that's the most important thing lately. I prefer Aiva.
