My daughter received the invisibility Cape for Xmas, we didn't get around to downloading the app until now (July 😱) of course by now the authentication code is long gone with all the wrapping paper and instructions 🤦♀️ I contacted wow customer support and explained (I wasn't holding out much hope, but I'd seen a review on here where someone else had contacted customer support for the same reason) within minutes, I had a new authentication code! Fantastic! Happy daughter, happy Mummy!
