If I could leave a 0/5 star I would, this app and the whole email system is horrible. I had my 2-step verification setup on my old phone and after getting a new one and wanting to switch it I ran into countless problems, the 2-step verification notifications don't pop or nor do they show up at all. I tried contacting support to no avail, I then tried to reinstall the app for it to tell me that I can only log in on one device at a time. Mind you I AM ON THE SAME DEVICE THAT WAS LOGGED IN!!!!!

I had a very poor experience with this mail service. I couldn't register a new device. If users lose their phones or have them stolen, it's very difficult to recover the account and important data. I tried contacting support multiple times via their website chat but no agents were available. I also tried calling for 7 hours without reaching a consultant and emailed them with no reply. I don't recommend this mail service due to these issues.

It supposed be a way to help a log in into blocked account-It did not help. Any safety changes (password, recovery email etc.) is sending to browser. Browser on smartphone did not give any access to make these changes!
