The app tends to act up on me "sometimes" Like when I'm trying to either turn on my Debit card or turn off my Debit card !? Either it'll turn on, or act like I didn't try to turn it on, or off ?? 🤔 Other than that, the app is great 👍🏾😉

Absolute garbage. Can't even send a wire transfer in 2026. A week to get a loan check for a vehicle. The auto dealer said there are good banks that do it instantly and then there is slow poke useless backwoods' garbage that takes forever. Guess which one wright patterson is? Uses 1800s tech to pony express and hand-deliver a manual check. Join us in the 21st century sometime.

Everything about this was fantastic when it first started. Then, they changed how the credit card payments were processed. It used to be immediate. Now, it says it gets processed the same day if made before 5 pm. but the money doesn't actually go on until midnight and for two paychecks in a row, the banks have been closed on Friday so even though I make the payment on time on Friday, the system doesn't process it until Monday and the credit isn't available until Tuesday. It's complete bull crap.

It keeps bugging and not showing me my transactions unless I reinstall the app. I will sooner find a new bank than do this bs every time I need to verify my balance
