The app tends to act up on me "sometimes" Like when I'm trying to either turn on my Debit card or turn off my Debit card !? Either it'll turn on, or act like I didn't try to turn it on, or off ?? 🤔 Other than that, the app is great 👍🏾😉

I've been with WPCU for 6 to 7 years now, and I will never leave. My mother banked here when she worked GM, and it was their savings & Loan back then. So, I will never leave, they have always done me right. God bless everyone at WPCU.

Everything about this was fantastic when it first started. Then, they changed how the credit card payments were processed. It used to be immediate. Now, it says it gets processed the same day if made before 5 pm. but the money doesn't actually go on until midnight and for two paychecks in a row, the banks have been closed on Friday so even though I make the payment on time on Friday, the system doesn't process it until Monday and the credit isn't available until Tuesday. It's complete bull crap.

The amount of issues I have had with this app is wild. There has been so many times when I have changed or canceled scheduled payments, and they still get withdrawn from my bank to the Wright Patt account I have, and it has screwed me over multiple times.
