It's the best PDF reader I've used. I've been using it for years I just use it to read PDFs, but lately I noticed that I can't change the theme when the PDF is in mobile mode the color is just white I can't change it to any other color, I tried updating the app but still. Please fix it. Thank you.

I had a similar experience. I was charged RM214.99 after signing up for the 3-day free trial, even though I did not intend to continue with a paid subscription. The subscription seems to have renewed automatically without a clear reminder or confirmation from me, and the payment was deducted from my account. I find this very disappointing. The terms and the automatic renewal should be made much clearer before users are charged. How to unsubscribe and get money back?

HI, I’M experiencing the same issues as many other user. I was recently charged 2350 PHP even though I don’t have an active subscription. I only signed up for 3 day free trial, and without notice, the app automatically deducted the amount from my Gcash. I’ve been trying to request a refund, but it keeps getting declined. Same as all of them, 1 wasn’t aware that the subscription would auto-renew. This is so frustrating. I hope this feedback finds you well, and I want to refund my money as soon as
