Hello. I have the same issues of deduction of 40500. After I subscribed for a 3 days edit service. This is not fair, after convincing your clients to subscribe for 3 days free trial, and later you will come and automatically deduct a huge amount from the client account. Do something about it and refund my money, some of us self the money is not our own, or we ar saving it for another purpose. I am waiting for your response, because there is no way I was notified that it will automatically renew.

Hi! I'm experiencing the same issues as many other users. I was recently charged 1,950 even though I don't have an active subscription. I only signed up for a 3-day free trial, and without notice, the app automatically deducted the amount from my gcash. I've been trying to request a refund, but it keeps getting declined. Same as all of them, I wasn't aware that the subscription would auto-renew. This is so frustrating. I hope this feedback finds you well.
