This app is perfect for those that want to track their writing progress and
share it. The little motivational quotes are fab as well! Please note -
this is NOT a word processor application, you have to write your words on a
separate application (word, docs, wtc) and use that word count to update
writeometer. Very nice app all the same. Love it!

I really like this app so far. I don't you use the treat system, I don't
really see the point, but it's not a bad feature and I'm sure some people
like it. It lays stuff out really simply and in an easy to read way. It's
nice having a thesaurus and dictionary right there too. I thought I'd never
use that feature since I usually work on my laptop, but it turns out I love
it! The only thing I really don't like is that the timer turns red as your
time runs out. It almost feels like it's saying you can't write longer than
the amount of time it gives you and adds stress toward the end. It's nice
that you can change the amount of time, but I just wish it didn't change
colors like that and, rather than switching to the screen to input your
details, just waited for you with like "Good job, let me know when you're
done!". (Or just have an option to hide the timer, but I still like the
idea of it encouraging you to keep going after time is up.) It does have
the option to select "I'm on a roll", but it feels a little jarring to me
since it's on a different screen that acts like you're done and the option
is at the bottom. I think people are stressing to much about inputting the
final word count, since it's really only an estimate anyway. It's more
important that you just write everyday, though an idea of your length helps
since it'll calculate how long it will take you to finish. (Maybe set short
milestones for yourself if you're not sure of the final length?) Overall,
this is a neat and simple app. I think it really benefits from not making
you deal with a ton of options, when the goal is really just to get you
writing. It's kind of fun too, turning writing into a game and making
progress really easy to see!
★★☆☆☆
I like the app. It's not as flexible as I would like, there's no real
rewards for the rewards system, there should be a option to track something
other than word count. I have no idea what the word count for a project is
when I start writing but I would love it if we could toggle between
chapters and word count. Sometimes when I sit down I want to get to the
next chapter but don't make it. It would be great in this situation to be
able to switch to Word count so I can track how many words I've written
instead and vice versa. I've deleted the app before, I really didn't like
it, but I'm trying it now with similar apps to see how functional it is in
comparison to similar apps.

Ok first things first don't have the words "writhing" on your app! You don't write a damn thing! Its a record/track for your writing. Dumb.
