I ordered 2 shirts and 2 jeans worth of 5200.they took 500 confirmation money, and I didn't receive my delivery even after 10 days I'm trying to contact them but there is no response from there side. When I tracked my delivery it's showing that my delivery as been rejected, but I didn't receive any call or message from the delivery agent

Hello this is the worst experience ever I had ... I didn't expect this . I order 7to 8 items out of that I just received one item that too late for one week ...there is no customer support .just for the namesake you kept a chatbot I made multiple mail again, and again you didn't respond to a single mail.you made me pay 10 percent of total amount before geeting my order I trusted you ....but now I don't think so.pls look into my matter and solve it as soon .don't make me feel regret

Very poor service no human attend in chat on WhatsApp taking so much time.I have placed 3 shirt 11 june and delivered 16 june but I didn't like quality and color so I have return immediately on 16 june but pickup date shows that time 23 june and nobody came for pickup and now vanished.and return window closed.I am very disappointed and frustrated

App experience is slow and product buying experience directly from Wrong is bad. About Application, it's slow and takes few seconds to load and this is bad experience. Used other app, they are quick and smooth. About purchase experience: It's not great, ordered one item, sent wrong and different color. When asked for return and replacement, status is still in processing it's been more than 48 hours. And their delivery also took almost 1 week being in metro city. Better to shop on Myntra, Amaz

Worst experience ever...first they sent me 2 shirts in wrong size.then even after mammoth efforts.I couldn't be able to return it...they don't have toll-free number to contact their associate...only AI ...and their pickup partners are pathetic
