Wellington State Bank is a wonderful bank that has taken care of myself and others for years. The app works great. I have used it for years. It is easy to navigate, and if I have any problems, I can call any of the employees at Wsb and get help... This app should be rated 5 stars. Thank you, WSB.

This app is not user-friendly.it constantly locks you out, refuses to open even when you are on the phone with the bank personal, its basically useless

First off, if you delete the "old app", you lose access to your account, and receive a message saying: "your account has been deleted. You have to log in to their website first, but first, they need to verify you, and in order to verify you, they need your phone number, well for some reason, your phone number won't be on file, so you have to call your local bank, after that, it'll take all day long for it to be updated. Once it's updated, then you can sign on the website, and then the new app.

TOTAL TRASH. Why am I ALWAYS having to log in if I have fingerprinted log-in checked? The app is pure TRASH. The app before was way better. And IT WORKED. Why you fixing something that wasn't BROKE.....NOW IT IS.
