Set up is easy if you follow the prompts. I use WSJT-X and JT Alert. The app doesn't allow a multicast IP address to be used which means it will not communicate directly if other programs e.g. JT Alert are in use. Use JT Alert menu - go to applications WSJT X/ JTDX and tick the box to resend UDP packets. The IP address MUST be your phones IP and then select a unique port number. Restart JT alert. Go into app tap the 3 dots select same upd port and all will work together. Brilliant addition thanks

Useless. Does not monitor worldwide activity. Instructions and description of app don't make sense. OK. Upped my rating a point because of excellent response by developer. Perhaps just useless for my purpose.

Really need to drop the need to be on Wi-Fi. I have a VPN to my station location and don't use Wi-Fi for it. Makes this great app utterly useless in my situation. Any way to drop the need for Wi-Fi tk be connected?

It would be infinitely better if you could define a source in the app, instead of making WSJT-X define the source. That way you could port forward from the WSJT-X host machine at the router level, and monitor from anywhere.
