Driver went crazy, locked us in (with my kids) and refused to let us out claiming that the payment didn't reach her! She started screaming and driving off while she locked us in wanting me to send her a private payment! I called the police, and filed a complaint. We finally got out of the car after she stopped driving. I walked with my kids to my destination since she didn't drop us off on the right location after driving with us locked in. The driver's name is شيخة خلف الشمري. BE CAREFUL!

The drivers are sometimes scammers. My wife used this app today and the driver took her on a long circle to make the price above 100 SAR. Going to complain about it to the transportation general authority to deal with the app owners.
