Great Hotel and casino. I love going to Encore in Everett Ma. Very Elegant and Beautiful, lots of Entertainment. Friendly Staff, good food, lots of gaming opportunities, slots,tables, cards... Hotel is absolutely Gorg, Rooms are hugh and bright and cheerful 😊

Absolute garbage, does not update any account balances or comp balances. It gives a disclaimer to visit kiosk to check actual balances. Why bother having an app?

100% unusable. Every time I try to open the app, I get a message telling me the app has detected that I'm using a rooted/jailbroken device, to check that my device isn't rooted or jailbroken, and that I should try again. (My phone is brand-new and isn't rooted).
