Terrible customer service when you can reach them. Not available in the nighttime. When you call after hours the option to add data or check minutes do not work the app just plays music and never connect you to anyone. Also when data get low all Internet access is denied, so you can not buy data and if you call the option doesn't work. The customer service rep told me to find someone to help me. Where there's not a physical store... it's their unpunctual app, but they can't help. BEWARE do not use
