So far works very well. Alerts you when unit needs charging and sounds off well inside. Good video and pictures.

OK got it to work. Must have been an issue with their servers. I was able to log in, but no devices were listed. Then I could not log in for a couple of hours. Tried my backup phone and I could not create a new account. Then a couple of hours later every started to work, and my device was listed. I had to rebind the device again. It works. I shared the device with my wife's phone and that worked. Tested it and all works. Give you 4 stars because of the mayhem.

Got this doorbell camera for Christmas and installed it. It was an easy install and bind to phone. A little laggy with feed and disconnects some. But overall, no issues.

App will not sync or "Bind" with doorbell on Android phone. Customer assistant not available. Don't buy the doorbell, which is marketed under several names. Mine was Bell Guard

Was wondering great in the beginning, I have had it since November, and now it doesn't even notify me on my phone when someone rings it. And of course I was reading about the device when I got it, and it says not to have in weather conditions, so what good is a doorbell if your can't use it for your door? I don't care how much I paid, they need to include all information when trying to buy something.
