★★★★★ This is much easier than trying to follow the book! The exercises are easy and cover all muscle groups and progress in a sensible, gradual way, with no equipment. Perfect.

★★☆☆☆ This app is unfinished. Great idea to create an app based on a scientific proven program like 5BX, but this looks like a quick money grab. I paid full price, but then quality of app dictated I get a refund. Wait until further updates before downloading.
