No console found. Tried several times. System software up to date. Remote play enabled tried using 5ghz network as stated. Same end result No console found. Very disappointing. Trying to get a refund through Google play. Same Xbox account on phone and console but have now had a refund so will stick with official app.

After using PSPlay I didn't even hesitate to get Byplay when I got my Series S. Have been very disappointed so far. Connection issues are very frequent. App will power on the Xbox but then claim it can't connect. Unplugging the console sometimes helps, but other times this has to be done repeatedly. Lately I can get one remote session before having to unplug and plug my Xbox in to get it to work. Really frustrating after how solid PSPlay was.
