Important Update: As of version "7.43_JET_1.28" and later, you no longer need to access /Android/data (or use the Shizuku approach) to manage your app data.
New Data Location: Your data is now stored in /Android/media/com.zinuzoid.xcsoar_jet, which can be easily accessed using any generic file manager. Note: If you update the app (instead of doing a fresh install), your current data will remain in /Android/data/com.zinuzoid.xcsoar_jet, and the app will continue to use it.
To Switch to the New Data Location: 1. Backup your existing data 2. Uninstall the app 3. Reinstall the app 4. Restore your backup to /Android/media/com.zinuzoid.xcsoar_jet

Bug in the Jun 17, 2024 version: when screen orientation is reverse landscape the screen touch is misaligned. Try drawing a gesture: the trace is to the right of your finger. Try touching an info box: you must touch off to the left of the box. All other orientations work correctly.

Nice app, but I struggle to put my cup, airspace and map files into the app-folder. It is in /android/data instead of /android/media (as in the original soar). I don't have permission in /android/data (Steely Nav, Android 11)

The app contains quite good extra features (especially the skylight integration), however the latest version could not be installed on any of my devices. Update: I deleted the original soar and everything works very well!

2nd flight with it yesterday and it worked perfectly. No crashes for 6 1/2 hours, 535 km. Upgraded to 5 stars. Sorry can't send log file from 1st flight as it was overwritten. Can you send me e-mail contact, I have suggestions/comments? Day 3 and it crashed again about an hour and a half into the flight.

Totally unusable due to data files being inaccessible due to android policy. Crashes on Android A9 tablet upon start. Useless.

The font so tiny it is illegible. I have used Soar for years. It is now useless on my new phone. Very disappointed.
