Description
The Xend Mobile App allows existing customers book a pick up and manage existing bookings. In the "Book a Pickup" screen, you have the ability to book a pick up on a specific date at any of your pickup addresses. In the "Address Book" screen, you have the ability to view and add your pickup addresses. In the "Active Bookings" screen, you have the ability to view and cancel your bookings. In the "Past Bookings" screen, you have the ability to view your booking history for the last 7 days.

The person who picks up my items arrive on the day specified but they usually arrive late in the afternoon. They gave me their phone number because the app notifies them a bit late so I think it would be better to improve the app's functionality with the real time booking, etc

I used to think that Xend is awesome, but now it's really unreliable. For the past few weeks, nalalagay ako sa alanaganin sa client dahil sa poor service nila. Kung trip lang daanan ng rider yung package po, dun lang siya dadaan. I even experienced na halos 1 buong linggo nagbook ako, pero no show ang rider. Yesterday was the last straw. I booked early in the morning, I even put a note on the remarks to "please pick up the package" (which is ridiculous, I mean a customer practically begging the courier service to do it's friggin job is crazy, right? Pero twing lalagyan ko ng remark na ganun, dun lang pumupunta). E kagabi, wala pa din. Late na ako sa deadline sa client and I had to do express shipping AGAIN, thanks to your crappy services. Plus, your rates kept increasing. I wouldn've taken the rate increase in stride if your service was so damn impeccable, but it's not. I won't be using Xend anymore and I will definitely not recommend it to businesses, or anyone really.

Sarado na po ang xend. Nagpaship ako ng 2 international parcel 2mos n hnd pa nila binabalik., Walang sagot ang customer service. Visit nyo ung page nila na xend complaints matagal na daw sarado to. Nagooperate kahit madami complaints at mga parcel n naiwala nila. Yung may ari daw nito salbahe sa mga empleyado hindi nagpapasahod ng maayos kaya ang resulta mga parcel ng customer pinagdidiskitahan. Naitulfo na sila check nyo sa youtube at fb
