Many times visitors presses the gate doorbell and it's not audible within our home. It would be great if gate bell and doorbell could be interconnected. Additionally, the fingerprint recognition system appears to require frequent recalibration, so it's quite an issue with its performance.

I've been trying to connect the apps with the door lock, it's been a month of trying and error but still unable to remotely unlock using the app. It was all after the latest firmware update. Haigh

Update: Some improvements. There are a couple of issues with this application. Firstly, the tracking log of users who opened the door was somehow not traced like before. I wouldn't know who entered the door and left it unlocked, be it fingerprint, pin, or facial recognition. Now, they are not being recorded. Secondly, my child and tenant couldn't use their registered fingerprints out of a sudden, and it refused to let them have a few more chances to retry and go in. Fix the issue.

At first can open my door and gate from the app, now cannot try to reconnect back also cannot....useless app
