I rec configure the app so many times but after few days every time, and I am unable to open it from the app it faces a lot of difficulty in fingerprint recognition and face recognition. Battery percentage does not reflect again and again. Lot of improvement is needed.

This has to be the worst smart lock app in the universe. I can't add users without an account to use fingerprint. Oh, that's right you cannot add fingerprint at all with this app. What is wrong with you?
