They have lousy customer service. When you try to withdraw your funds, you cannot pay the tax via their withdrawal system. You must pay a 8%tax on a thing over $5000 with outside funds. Essentially, the app is great for investors that make under the $5000 amount, but penalizes investors that make more than $5000. I cannot endorse an app that won't allow you to deduct the 8% from the total bill and then let you withdraw your funds.
