The refund was fast and included the £2.99 transfer fee. Great service overall and looking forward to sending more.

★★☆☆☆ 0 stars! I had used Xoom for several years and loved them. It seems PayPal have destroyed a good company. Recently, I attempted to transfer money to a friend. I had three failed attempts while trying to correct the odd name on his account. Xoom blocked my account. I spent 45 mins on the phone with a "support" assistant and then a supervisor. They made zero effort to verify who I am, so I remain blocked. My advice to you. If you value your time, do not attempt to use Xoom. Use something else.
