I have never experienced such a poor courier service. Their customer care doesn’t connect, parcels are not delivered on time, and their delivery agents are also rarely punctual. Very disappointing service.

The worst delivery service ever. Delivery guy never shows up to pick up my package and cancel my order at the end of the day for no reason. There is no customer service number to register complaint. Neither they ever reply to complaints over emails.

The most unfunctional delivery app, the guy didn't call and check if I'm in the home while making a delivery, instead he just took back the parcel by giving the reason delivery was refused. When I tried to reach him he disconnected the call. I tried to reach out to Xpressbees support and they are of no help. Couldn't even have the chance to talk with a live agent even after trying multiple times, their email service is the system generated. I couldn't even find the chat option in their website.
